Request deletion of your eMyHome account
You can initiate and cancel a verified deletion request directly in the app. This page provides the same pathway outside the app.
- Open eMyHome and sign in to the account you want deleted.
- Open Family → Privacy and account → Delete account.
- Review the impact and confirm the request. If you are the owner of an active family, transfer ownership or close that family first. Child accounts require guardian verification.
- You may cancel from the same screen during the 7-day grace period.
Cannot access the app?Email the address below from the account’s verified email. Include only your username/email and the words “eMyHome account deletion”; never send a password, OTP or access token.
What is deleted
Credentials, direct profile identifiers, sessions, device tokens, family memberships and account-specific preferences are removed or anonymized after verification.
What may be retained
Limited pseudonymous records may remain when required for family-content integrity, fraud prevention, payment and tax records, legal claims, safety reports or mandatory audit retention. They are no longer usable to sign in and are not used for advertising.
